The information you share upfront determines how well, how quickly, and how accurately we can provide your pre-production sample. What we're interested in knowing goes well beyond budget, timeline, or product specs. We want to learn about your client, your client's business, the specific event or promotion, factors for success, and all other "big picture" details that will help us get your order just right. To that end, we provide a project planning guide to help you give us the answers we need.

All orders with Get It Global require a pre-production sample: a sample customized with all your personal specs, details and changes. Providing this sample to our customers is so crucial to the way we conduct business that it's the fourth step of our proven six-step production process.



Pre-production samples cost $150, which acts as a deposit and will be credited to your account once you place your order. Catalog samples are free of charge long as you provide your account number from your preferred shipping carrier.
