The more information you provide to us, the better service (and quote!) we can provide to you.

The following guide was created to make it easier for you to provide Get It Global with as much information about your overseas order as possible. Remember, the more fully informed we are, the easier it will be for us to provide you with the best price, product and service - and the more satisfied everyone will be with the end result.


WHO:

Who is your client? Do they have a specific promotional product in mind? Are they open to consider alternative items that may make a greater impact at a better price? Do they tend to be more driven by quality or price? Who is the recipient or end user? Are they a new or existing client, customer, or employee? What is your client's desired reaction from the recipients?

What:

What is the purpose of the item? Is your client using the item as a lead-generator, a trade show giveaway, a thank you gift, an award? What does the item look like? Can you provide a sample and/or a link to an image?      Color      Material      Decoration method and location What quantity of units is your client considering? Not sure? We always recommend 2 - 3 quantity breaks to provide the best pricing. What is your desired net cost?

WHEN:

When does your client need the item in-hand?

WHERE:

Where will the goods be delivered? To a port of entry, or directly to the client's door?

HOW:

Will the goods ship ocean or air freight? Not sure. We can help you determine the best shipping method! Will you need Get It Global to handle packing, sorting and/or warehousing of the goods? Again, the more information you provide to us up front, the better service we can provide to you. This means less stress and hassle for you, and more repeat business from your client!
